The article was part of a food writing assignment I took a couple of months ago. As ya’ll know, I love writing about all things food. I come from the wondrous world of academic writing. And while it gave me the power of writing and editing, it constrained my writing personality and style. Academia is a beautiful, but a rigid world of manuscripts, publications tied in with a monstrous amount of rules and, what I call, research etiquette.
